Invoice without a company of your own

You close the deal, we issue the invoice — on our company’s letterhead and tax number, with a number range of your own. The money arrives with us, you get your payout on Friday, once payment has come in.

How it works

  • You close the deal. Your client gets a contract with our company — we are the contracting party, you perform the work.
  • We issue the invoice. On the company’s letterhead and tax number, with a number range of your own.
  • The money arrives with us. The company’s account, incoming payments monitored, dunning included.
  • You get your payout. Weekly on Friday, once payment has come in, less the fee. No pre-financing.

Why this stands up to scrutiny

The company genuinely is your client’s contracting party, and you are its subcontractor. That is the difference from improvised arrangements — with your customer, with the bank, with the tax office.

What is included

  • Invoicing in the company’s name, with your own number range
  • VAT treatment and filings
  • The company’s account, incoming payments and dunning
  • Contract templates for your clients
  • Payout weekly on Friday, once payment has come in
  • Portal access with every document and the current position

What can be added

  • Your own email address on the company domain — €190 per year
  • Business address for your correspondence — €390 per year
  • Payment page for card payments — €490 one-off
  • Payout in foreign currency — €90 per month

When the invoicing entity is the better choice

  • Trying it first. One assignment, one client, an unclear future — nobody forms a company for that.
  • It has to work this week. A company and an account take weeks; the invoicing entity is ready in two days.
  • No administration. No annual accounts, no register obligations, no deadlines. At small volumes that is worth more than the saving.
  • A bridge. Your own company is being formed, the business is already running.

Which activities work — and which do not

Consulting, software, design, trade in goods that need no licence.

Anything requiring a licence, financial services, medical professions. This list is here rather than in the small print: it is meant to prevent the enquiries we would have to turn down anyway.

Cap per invoice

Single invoices above €25,000 we discuss beforehand. That is not a block but a phone call — at that size the bank wants to know what it is about, and we would rather clarify that before than after.

Which is cheaper for you?

One field: your expected annual revenue. The calculator will tell you a company of your own is cheaper whenever it is.

Expected annual revenue
First yearFrom year 2
Your own US LLC, on its own€1,840€350
Your own US LLC with account and bookkeeping€10,630€5,690
Invoicing entity Start€2,788€2,788

The invoicing entity includes the account, invoicing, VAT, dunning and payout. The second row is the comparable scope; the first applies to you if you already have an account and bookkeeping.

All amounts net, plus statutory VAT. Formation and the corporate account are one-off; everything else recurs annually. Calculated from our catalogue prices; this calculator makes no tax statement.
