Every Cypriot company needs AUDITED annual accounts — including a small one. That is a yearly item and it is not in the formation price. In addition: local substance matters more and more; a pure letterbox no longer holds. No withholding tax on dividends to non-residents, IP box at an effective 2.5 per cent, over 65 double taxation treaties.
